- Lightly roasted oats – 2 tbsp
- Banana – 1
- Almonds – 8 to 10
- Flax seeds – 2 tsp
- Milk – 1.5 cup
- Honey (optional) – 1 tbsp
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
Method of preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a juicer grinder.
- Pour in a glass.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on top.
